Book an available slot on our survey calendar and arrange for an inspection date.
Step 2: Confirm The Appointment
Reserve your appointment slot with a £50 deposit.
Step 3: Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email with a short questionnaire to complete.
Step 4: Home Inspection Will Take Place
The Inspection time for a new build home varies. It is dependent on the house finish quality and size.
Step 5: Survey Report Will Be Issued
On completion of your survey you will receive an invoice for the remainder of the survey fee. On receipt of payment your report will be issued for you to either print off and forward to your site team.
